Our History
Max Group & Associates, Inc. is based in Chicago, IL and provides high quality professional insurance brokerage services to help clients manage their personal and business risks. We're a minority owned independent brokerage selling all-lines of insurance (Property and Casualty, Life and Health, and Surety) and both commercial and personal lines to meet your needs!
We were founded in 1991 by Penny Yang, a first generation immigrant who championed the principle of providing “Real Coverage and Real Service” to help people in the Chicagoland and Midwest areas.
As an independent agency, we are not captive to selling one insurance carrier's products. You can count on us to shop different carriers and coverages to provide personalized service and quote you the best policy that matches your needs and your budget!
After more than 35 years in business, many of our clients today are local business people, homeowners, or landlords needing insurance in the Chicagoland and Midwest areas and continue to expand our market reach!
